Education Counsellor - MBBS Abroad Admissions

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Education Counsellors to join Astra Global Education LLP in Bengaluru, focusing on MBBS admissions abroad. This role involves connecting with prospective students, guiding them through university options, fees, scholarships, and the entire admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with students expressing interest in overseas MBBS programs.
• Provide detailed explanations about universities, fee structures, available scholarships, and the admission procedures.
• Offer guidance and counselling support to students and their parents via phone and WhatsApp.
• Persistently follow up with promising leads until admission confirmation.
• Maintain comprehensive daily call logs and update CRM systems or spreadsheets accordingly.
• Meet daily call quotas and monthly admission goals.
• Collaborate with the counselling team for coordinating document collection and admission formalities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, or English with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong persuasion and counselling aptitude.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations.
• Prior experience in education counselling, telecalling, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates possessing good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
