Role Overview
As the Ecommerce Sales and Inventory Executive, you will be pivotal in driving online sales and ensuring efficient order management. Your responsibilities include developing strategic web sales growth plans, managing fulfillment processes, and enhancing customer service through direct interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive web sales strategy to boost digital revenue.
- Identify new opportunities in online sales and optimize pricing and promotions.
- Oversee end-to-end order processing in collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Ensure precise inventory tracking and continuously improve operational processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve fulfillment issues promptly.
- Collaborate with purchasing, inventory management, and retail store teams to align stock levels with online demand and promotional activity.
- Work closely with senior leadership, including the Head of Operations, to provide data-driven recommendations and manage decisions in a dynamic business environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing ecommerce platforms and online sales channels.
- Strong commercial leadership capabilities with a focus on growth strategy formulation.
- Operational expertise in daily ecommerce functions and stock management.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and influence business decisions.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Analytics and sales data analysis.
- Organized and proactive approach to ensuring product availability and timely order fulfilment.
- Team-oriented mindset to support cross-functional cooperation across departments.
- Growth-focused attitude to identify trends and opportunities for sales enhancement.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging between €35,000 and €45,000 depending on experience.
- An additional bonus of €3,000 per annum.
