This position offers experienced earthworks and road construction workers a stable and transparent work opportunity in Germany across locations including Würzburg, Fehmarn, Bremen, Magdeburg, and Kiel. Compensation and Benefits

• Net monthly salary approximately 3000 €.
• Weekly advance payments of 200 € every Thursday.
• Complimentary accommodation provided by the employer.
• Base hourly wage at 14.00 € gross plus travel allowances to project sites.

Work Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and renovation of roads, sidewalks, and related road infrastructure.
• Perform earthworks and water-sewage system tasks.
• Prepare and level terrain for asphalt and paving stone surfaces.
• Lay paving stones, curbs, and edging.
• Execute foundation work and surface preparation.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with the team on ongoing road and paving projects.
• Maintain site cleanliness and adhere to occupational health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in earthworks/road construction.
• Conversational proficiency in German or English.
• Possession of a private vehicle for commuting is mandatory, providing independence on site.
• Own work clothing and basic tools required.
