Compensation and Benefits
- Net monthly salary approximately €3000 for full-time work.
- Weekly advances of €200 paid every Thursday.

- Complete health insurance coverage and official registration in Germany under a valid foreign contract.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute tasks related to construction and renovation of roads, sidewalks, and road infrastructure.
- Conduct earthworks as well as water and sewage system works.
- Prepare and level terrain for asphalt surfaces and paving stones.
- Lay paving stones, curbs, and edging elements.
- Perform substructure work and surface preparation.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with the team during ongoing roadwork and paving projects.
- Maintain cleanliness on the construction site and adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements for Independence and Work Eligibility
- At least four years of professional experience in earthworks or road construction.
- Communicative proficiency in German or English is necessary.
- Possession of a personal vehicle required for commuting to worksites, ensuring autonomy and flexibility on the job.
- Own work clothing and essential basic tools must be provided by the worker.
