Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Certified Early Years Childcare Specialist to provide expert in-home care for children aged from newborn to 5 years. This full-time live-in position involves partnering with verified premium households, supported continuously by the hiring organization, Borderplus Careers Technologies Private Limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive care for infants and young children up to 5 years, assisting with feeding, hygiene, sleep schedules, and daily nurturing routines.
- Promote age-suitable development and early educational engagement.
- Utilize your childcare expertise to establish a warm, stimulating, and safe environment that fosters growth.
- Ensure rigorous health, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed.
- Develop strong, trustworthy relationships with the families you serve.
Career Progression
Outstanding performers may qualify for international childcare positions in Dubai, earning between ₹80,000 and ₹150,000 monthly after acquiring sufficient professional exposure in India.
Training and Certification
Candidates selected will undertake 1 to 3 months of targeted training in early childhood care fundamentals, tailored according to their existing qualifications and experience. This training ensures a confident transition into this specialized role and includes:
- A curriculum covering child care and development, routine administration, child learning techniques, child psychology, professionalism, and workplace preparation.
- A monthly training stipend of ₹12,000 for food and lodging support.
- Certification awarded upon successful completion of the program.
- The upcoming training batch starts in August 2026.
