About the role

AWO Region Hannover e.V. is looking for a qualified educator, special education teacher, or disability support educator to join the Kindertagesstätte und Familienzentrum Elmstr. 2 in 30657 Hannover immediately. The position is based mainly in the nursery group, working with children aged 0 to 3 years.

Key responsibilities

  • Support children primarily in the nursery age group (0–3 years).
  • Help further develop and apply an open pedagogical concept.
  • Use observation tools to identify appropriate steps for supporting each child’s individual development.
  • Handle accompanying administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Work in a trusting, cooperative way with parents and legal guardians.
  • Take part in team meetings.
  • Contribute to ongoing quality development processes.

Working time

The weekly working time is 38.50 hours.
