About the role
AWO Region Hannover e.V. is looking for a qualified educator, special education teacher, or disability support educator to join the Kindertagesstätte und Familienzentrum Elmstr. 2 in 30657 Hannover immediately. The position is based mainly in the nursery group, working with children aged 0 to 3 years.
Key responsibilities
- Support children primarily in the nursery age group (0–3 years).
- Help further develop and apply an open pedagogical concept.
- Use observation tools to identify appropriate steps for supporting each child’s individual development.
- Handle accompanying administrative tasks and documentation.
- Work in a trusting, cooperative way with parents and legal guardians.
- Take part in team meetings.
- Contribute to ongoing quality development processes.
Working time
The weekly working time is 38.50 hours.
