E-Commerce Officer

Tech n Sync is dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions alongside exceptional customer service. As part of our growth in the digital market space, we are seeking an energetic and results-oriented E-Commerce Officer to enhance our online retail operations.

Primary Duties

• Oversee and maintain the company's e-commerce website and marketplace accounts including Jumia, Jiji, and others.
• Administer social media channels from an e-commerce perspective, ensuring alignment with online retail goals.
• Upload and regularly update product listings, adjust pricing, manage promotions, and maintain stock accuracy.
• Track and manage online orders and ensure efficient order fulfillment processes.
• Provide timely and effective responses to customer queries across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to implement digital campaigns that drive sales growth.
• Analyze website performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements to optimize user engagement and sales.
• Focus on expanding the company’s digital footprint and boosting online revenue streams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience managing e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, or comparable CMS platforms is preferred.
• Experience with online marketplaces such as Jumia Seller Centre and Jiji is beneficial.
• Capable of managing company social media pages effectively from an e-commerce standpoint.

• Digitally proficient and technologically savvy.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented and proactive in approach.
• Independent worker paired with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Knowledgeable in Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT is considered a plus.
