Job description
Role Overview
The Ecommerce Merchandise Analyst in the Global Content team plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience on our ecommerce platform. Using customer insights and data, you will help create seamless, engaging, and content-rich product pages to simplify product discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) coding and linking by slicing artwork and converting it into HTML email templates using tools like Figma and Dreamweaver, ensuring adherence to an effective linking strategy.
- Manage organic social media postings aligned with the overarching 360-degree strategy set by the site manager, including posting to Instagram and Facebook via Meta Business Manager, focusing on static images, reels, and collaborative content.
- Review domestic imagery on platforms like Curalate to ensure alignment with brand marketing goals by season.
- Collaborate cross-brand and cross-market to ensure consistency in posts, copy, and linking.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports analyzing the performance of organic social media posts.
- Support the development of content pages, landing pages, and homepage builds, including coordinating with the tech team through ticketing systems.
- Update sitewide and super category banners, homepage navigation, category and collection pages, and collaboration pages.
- Tag products on lookbooks via Curalate and maintain updates on store events, delivery deadlines, and terms & conditions.
- Manage cross-brand content execution consistent with business strategies and campaign priorities across desktop, mobile, and app platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct routine site cleanup activities and handle additional projects as assigned.
Candidate Criteria
- Possess at least a tertiary-level qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in ecommerce or related fields.
- Demonstrate ability to make timely decisions, foresee issues, and devise creative solutions.
- Show a strong affinity and enthusiasm for the company’s products and brands.
- Exhibit skilled analytical, business planning, and organisational capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment, including collaboration across global teams and multiple time zones.
- Have strong attention to detail and maintain accuracy in work.
- Proficient in intermediate Excel functions, including pivot tables and V-lookups.
