E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on a part-time, onsite basis. This role demands proven expertise in managing and operating online stores on Amazon, Noon, and Salla platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full management of stores hosted on Amazon, Noon, and Salla platforms.
• Handle all aspects of product management including adding, publishing, updating product details, prices, and images.
• Enhance product visibility and sales by optimizing product pages, titles, and keyword strategy.
• Track and analyze product performance, sales metrics, and inventory status.
• Conduct market research to identify trending and highly demanded products in the Saudi market.
• Recommend new products for inclusion in the store based on data analysis and market trends.
• Keep abreast of competitor activities, special offers, and price adjustments.
• Collaborate with a content writer for developing compelling product descriptions.
• Generate periodic reports outlining performance insights and identify opportunities for store improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Confirmed hands-on experience managing e-commerce stores on Amazon, Noon, and Salla.
• Demonstrable success in increasing sales or growing e-commerce stores.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia's e-commerce environment and popular products.
• Capability to comprehensively manage product listings, pricing structures, and inventory control.
• Skilled in keyword research and optimization techniques for e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities for competitor research and market analysis.
• Self-driven with a keen eye for detail, able to work independently with dedication.

Additional Information

Position type is part-time. Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and expected remuneration.
