About the Role

Join the prestigious House of Parfums Christian Dior and help further the vision of creating a more beautiful and joyful world. Key Responsibilities

  • Support and assist in defining and implementing the e-commerce strategy aligned with the trading calendar, brand priorities, and equity.
  • Manage localised product information for new launches, coordinate campaigns, activate services with warehouses, and collaborate with internal and central teams.
  • Organise promotional activities and optimise site content to boost discovery, conversion rate (CVR), and average order value (AOV).
  • Maintain flawless website content updates to support sales activities, optimise product listings and visuals to enhance conversions.
  • Perform daily site quality checks, identify and resolve bugs in partnership with IT, and implement website improvements.
  • Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, refining content, and monitoring SEO performance with marketing teams.
  • Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, verify A/B test setups, and enhance user experience to increase CVR and AOV while reducing user frustration.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports and conduct competitive analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Content Square.
  • Assist delivery of central projects including website revamps for product pages, checkout, and user accounts, as well as help prepare and launch new features.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on company needs and project demands.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, focusing on trading, content management, CRO, and SEO.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, or retail sectors is highly advantageous.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related discipline is preferable.

Technical Proficiencies

  • Competent in e-commerce platforms and content management systems, notably Salesforce.
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and SAP software.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Content Square.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and tracking.
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational/system issues and coordinate solutions effectively.
