E-Billing Clerk

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient E-Billing Clerk to join our regional team in the UAE. This position requires a candidate with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in handling multiple client systems and portals accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely uploading and monthly submission of e-billing invoices.
• Submit timekeeper rates and track subscription fees across various client portals.
• Provide ongoing updates to Credit Controllers regarding uploaded, pending, and rejected invoices.
• Address client queries related to e-billing and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Promptly manage rejected invoices and oversee their resolution process.
• Coordinate with lawyers, secretaries, and other internal staff to prepare bills and support administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update the e-billing dashboard to monitor invoice statuses across portals.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Between 1 to 4 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline is required.
