About the Role

Join ATG Entertainment in Cologne as a dedicated Dresser for the renowned musical "The Phantom of the Opera". This role is offered initially on a fixed-term basis until February 29, 2028, starting from October 2026, with options for full or part-time employment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the intricate costumes for performances, assist performers with dressing, and support during quick costume changes.
• Maintain an orderly backstage environment before, during, and after shows to guarantee smooth operations.
• Perform minor repairs and handle the upkeep of costumes, including washing, ironing, and organizing.
• Accompany performers to selected promotional events outside the theatre when needed.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably possess experience as a dresser or tailor, ideally within theatre or musical productions.
• Work efficiently and anticipate needs while staying calm under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
• Demonstrate a passion for costumes, fabrics, and details, combined with a strong sense for order and seamless processes.
• Be willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Exhibit teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive attitude behind the scenes.
