About the Role
Sunrise Biztech Systems is seeking a Domestic IT Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Group located at Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore. The position operates on a fixed shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (IST) with a five-day workweek, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for IT positions.
- Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and proactive cold calling.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews to facilitate a seamless hiring workflow.
- Maintain engagement with candidates to ensure successful hiring conversions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience ranging from 1.6 to 5 years in IT recruitment, preferably in IT staffing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working autonomously and delivering measurable results.
