Role Overview

We employ many Field Staff nationwide on permanent contracts—not as independent contractors. Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay of $37.91 inclusive of super and vehicle allowance

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Availability for at least two weekdays (Monday to Friday), with more availability considered an advantage
• Reliability and trustworthiness recognized by family, friends, and colleagues
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and teammates
• Willingness to participate in paid training programs, duration depending on prior experience

Key Duties

• Perform domestic cleaning tasks for private residences
• Provide cleaning services for NDIS disability support clients
• Conduct Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) cleaning services
• Handle deep and spring cleaning assignments
• Optionally undertake bond cleaning assignments
