About the Role

Our client, a leading business conglomerate in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is looking to hire an experienced Divisional Parts Manager for their Machinery Division. The role is focused on expanding parts market share for represented original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), maintaining superior parts availability, enforcing strict inventory management, and driving profitable outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Expand parts usage percentage across the existing equipment base.
  • Guarantee high parts availability for customers and internal service departments.
  • Maintain a balance between availability goals and working capital efficiency.
  • Hold full ownership of the Parts divisional profit and loss.
  • Manage inventory investments, aging stock, and provisioning risks.
  • Lead structured periodic inventory evaluations and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Oversee parts procurement practices and ERP system configuration standards.
  • Administer purchasing policies alongside demand-driven ordering procedures.
  • Provide leadership to Inventory Control and Planning teams.
  • Ensure parts sales activities support accurate billing and accounts receivable compliance.
  • Prevent revenue loss and distortions in margin reporting.
  • Function as the Parts compliance leader under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Manage the resolution of audit findings related to parts operations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles managing parts within machinery or capital equipment sectors.
  • Demonstrated ownership of Parts P&L and effective inventory governance.
  • Strong expertise with ERP systems, procurement processes, and financial systems.
  • Background in supply chain, engineering, or business disciplines.
  • Proven track record in increasing parts exploration rates, supporting service uptime, and reducing excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Experience operating within ISO-certified and audit-heavy environments.
  • In-depth understanding of inventory economics and aftermarket OEM models.
  • Highly detail-oriented with emphasize on financial and systems literacy.

Employment type: Permanent full-time onsite role based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
