The kitchen team emphasizes utilizing the finest local ingredients from Prince Edward Island, including fresh seafood, farm-grown produce, meats, and poultry.
Role Overview: Dishwasher
The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining kitchen efficiency and cleanliness through timely cleaning and restocking of dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools. This role also supports maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment while collaborating with restaurant team members to foster a positive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Restock cleaned items in designated storage areas promptly.
- Ensure timely and proper cleaning and storing procedures are followed.
- Transport supplies and equipment between storage and workstations efficiently.
- Keep the kitchen and dishwashing area clean and orderly at all times.
- Adhere to sanitation regulations and safety protocols consistently.
- Comply with all operational policies and procedures set by the restaurant.
- Contribute to a safe and enjoyable working environment alongside team members.
