The Loyalist Country Inn & Conference Centre in Summerside, Prince Edward Island offers 82 well-kept and fully equipped guest rooms, along with an indoor pool, fitness centre, business centre, 24-hour front desk, and an on-site restaurant and lounge with room service. Role Overview
As a Housekeeper, you will help keep guest rooms and public areas clean, orderly, and welcoming while supporting excellent guest experiences and smooth daily hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Look after cleaning equipment and report any issues or shortages.
- Inform supervisors about damage, missing items, or unusual disturbances.
- Handle guest concerns or requests in a courteous, calm, and professional way.
- Monitor supplies and restock consumables when needed.
- Contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive service.
- Work closely with the hotel team to help maintain a safe, enjoyable environment.
