- Build a strong understanding of AI, cloud, commerce, advertising, and wider technology landscapes to support business and product decisions.
- Establish, grow, and manage relationships with strategic technology partners while keeping collaboration commercially successful and aligned over time.
- Assess and rank partnership opportunities across industries and channels, then turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Lead advanced negotiations, commercial conversations, and full partnership deal cycles from first opportunity through completion.
- Partner with product, sales, marketing, risk, finance, and data teams to design and roll out high-value partnership programs.
- Create joint go-to-market plans, integrations, and initiatives that help increase customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Monitor partner results such as revenue contribution, adoption, customer growth, and operating efficiency, then recommend improvements.
- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and data-backed narratives to guide senior decision-making.
- Set up governance routines, operating cadences, and reporting structures that support reliable partnership execution.
- Use AI-enabled tools to strengthen analysis, automate reporting, surface opportunities, and improve partnership effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AI and platform partnerships while coaching internal teams and shaping strategic direction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded strategist with deep experience in technology partnerships and growth-oriented initiatives. Success in this role depends on comfort with ambiguity, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a balance of analytical rigor with relationship-building strength.
- At least 10 years of experience in strategy, partnerships, consulting, business development, or another technology-oriented function, with a track record of handling complex partnerships.
- Strong grasp of AI, platform ecosystems, technology partnerships, and emerging market developments.
- Proven experience designing and executing partnership strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Clear ability to negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements and manage relationships with senior external stakeholders.

- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and tools used for pipeline management, reporting, and strategy work.
- Background partnering with sales and marketing teams on go-to-market execution and co-selling approaches.
- Ability to absorb complex information, structure recommendations, and present clearly to executive audiences.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a creative, outcome-focused mindset.
- Consulting experience or time in a top-tier strategy environment is considered an advantage.
- Alignment with values such as customer focus, ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
