Role overview
Aristo Group is mandating an experienced senior leader for a strategic business development position in the international MedTech and diagnostics space. The role is designed for someone who can shape growth initiatives, open new commercial opportunities, and help steer the company’s market expansion at a high level.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute a growth-focused business development plan.
- Spot promising new markets, customer groups, and partnership opportunities that can strengthen revenue growth over time.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, while tracking performance through KPI-based monitoring.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic questions related to markets and growth.
Requirements
- A completed degree in business administration, life sciences, or a similar field.
- Several years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or partner management, preferably within MedTech, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Demonstrated achievements in revenue growth, market entry, and strategic collaborations.
- Strong commercial instincts and a solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and business potential in fast-moving environments.
