About the Role
This role is for a Director of Solution and Product Marketing based in Ireland, focused on shaping market strategy and defining messaging for innovative enterprise technology solutions globally. The position bridges product strategy, solution positioning, and go-to-market execution to help organizations appreciate the value of complex platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of product and solution positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions targeted at enterprise audiences.
- Drive solution and product marketing strategies across various areas, including use case identification, competitive analysis, and market differentiation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to develop and implement go-to-market plans for product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Produce effective sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs, technical content, and materials for customers.
- Play a significant role in market influence efforts by engaging with analysts and industry thought leaders to communicate the company's vision and positioning.
- Convert complex technical information into compelling, business-value-focused narratives that resonate with customers.
- Work in partnership with field teams, sales engineering, customer success, and ecosystem partners to enhance market adoption and commercial success.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering high standards of strategic insight, execution, and collaboration.
- Align global teams by tailoring messaging and enablement strategies for various markets and customer segments.
- Continuously refine marketing strategies based on customer feedback, market trends, and performance analytics.
Qualifications and Experience
- More than 10 years of B2B enterprise software marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior roles within product or solution marketing or similar functions.
- Proven track record in marketing solutions that address complex business challenges beyond just product features.
- Excellent storytelling capabilities to communicate complex technical concepts accurately and credibly.
- Technical background or experience with automation, AI/ML, developer tools, integration platforms, middleware, or related technologies.
- Capability in leading go-to-market strategies and delivering successful product launches in dynamic environments.
- Strong collaborative skills across Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including engagement with C-level executives, analysts, and industry stakeholders.
- Experience leading or mentoring marketing professionals either directly or through project leadership.
- Proficiency with technology products and a willingness to work with AI-powered tools.
- Understanding of enterprise global ecosystems involving system integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners.
- Experience marketing to both technical professionals and senior business decision makers is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with process automation, orchestration, BPM, or related enterprise technologies is a strong plus.
- Preferred experience collaborating with analysts such as Gartner or Forrester.
- Experience in fast-growing, remote-first organizations is advantageous.
