- Manage and develop a strong sales team through coaching, succession planning, talent growth, and capability building.
- Own senior customer relationships, including executive-level engagement and joint business planning.
- Oversee commercial profit and loss performance with disciplined trade spending and initiatives that improve margins.

- Strong command of commercial P&L ownership, financial planning, and margin improvement.
- Ability to analyze complex data and turn insights into practical customer strategies.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, trade spend control, and revenue growth practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a confident executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or other advanced qualification is preferred.
- Strong adaptability, organization, and comfort working in a fast-paced, uncertain setting.
- Willingness to travel regularly, around 30%, and possession of a valid driver’s license.
Perks and benefits
- Competitive annual compensation in the range of USD 158,500 to 235,750, depending on experience.
