Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager located in Dubai with 18 to 20 years of professional experience to lead key projects within our organization. This role demands deep expertise in project management frameworks and proven leadership capabilities to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Craft comprehensive project plans detailing schedules, resources, and budget management.
• Track project progress, proactively managing risks and resolving issues promptly.
• Promote effective communication and cooperation among team members and stakeholders.
• Deliver project performance reports to senior leadership and concerned parties.
• Ensure compliance with recognized project management best practices and methodologies.
• Conduct thorough project evaluations and post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior project personnel.

Required Expertise

• Extensive experience leading projects using methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong leadership qualities with capability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skillful at handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management software and digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent credential.
• Experience managing projects within multicultural environments.
• Competence in budgeting and financial oversight for projects.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10 to 13 years of direct project management experience demonstrating successful project outcomes in dynamic work environments.
