Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced consultant to lead the design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and IdentityNow (IDN) solutions, managing end-to-end deployment and customization, and ensuring clients' identity and access management (IAM) needs are fulfilled effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to gather and understand their IAM requirements comprehensively.
  • Lead full-cycle implementation of SailPoint IIQ and IDN solutions, encompassing configuration, customization, testing, integration, and deployment.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and strategic direction to project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for both clients and internal personnel to promote best practices and enhance knowledge transfer.
  • Remain informed about SailPoint platform enhancements and latest industry trends to recommend continual improvements.
  • Execute application onboarding, provisioning workflows, access reviews, and quick links and reports customization.
  • Develop SailPoint connectors using out-of-the-box and custom solutions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, PowerShell, and XML as they apply to SailPoint implementations.
  • Support clients to achieve compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant standards through robust IAM solutions.
  • Implement proactive monitoring and reporting mechanisms to identify and resolve issues before client impact.
  • Possess a strong foundation in additional IAM technologies such as OKTA, Saviynt, ForgeRock, PingID, along with privileged access management (PAM) tools.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and client engagement abilities, working effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM problems efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in IAM with a focus on SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven record in designing and deploying SailPoint solutions with some certification in SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow viewed favorably but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in integrating SailPoint with various systems and applications.
  • Demonstrated skills in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, SQL, PowerShell, and XML.
  • Experience with additional IAM platforms like OKTA, Saviynt, ForgeRock, PingID and PAM solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to act autonomously and within teams.
