The Director of Product & Integrated Marketing is a key leadership position responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies across various product lines. Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate strategic product marketing plans aimed at increasing product awareness, demand, and market adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and design to establish product positioning, messaging, and compelling value propositions.
- Deliver high-quality marketing assets to distinctly position products in the marketplace, including naming conventions and competitive analysis.
- Manage creative briefs and campaign activations to ensure alignment with brand goals and successful execution across departments.
- Implement robust promotional strategies leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to support revenue targets.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, public relations, affiliate marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and in-store promotions.
- Develop and drive go-to-market and product launch plans tailored to business objectives and customer segments.
- Create compelling business and marketing presentations to support key customer engagements and response to RFPs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights in collaboration with product management and marketing peers to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage agency and vendor partnerships to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to marketing teams to foster an environment of innovation and high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of product management, market segmentation, and customer insight methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams, managing briefing processes, and providing clear creative direction.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from initiation through completion.
- Authorization to work within the United States.
