Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the comprehensive Talent and People strategy to ensure organizational scalability and readiness for growth.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and recruiting processes to enhance hiring efficiency, quality, and predictability across various functions and regions.
- Lead and cultivate the recruiting team by implementing scalable hiring procedures.
- Support senior-level recruitment by optimizing interview processes, candidate experience, and assessment frameworks.
- Design and maintain robust people operations systems, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, policies, and employee support mechanisms.
- Enhance employee engagement throughout their lifecycle by clarifying roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, and expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational design, team structuring, workforce planning, and operational improvements.
- Implement performance management, feedback systems, career progression, and retention initiatives that foster employee development.
- Monitor organizational health using people analytics and proactively address talent-related risks.
- Act as a strategic partner to executive teams by delivering practical talent management solutions and building infrastructure for sustained growth.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Between 5 to 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Human Resources, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing organizations with over 100 employees, preferably within fast-growing startups, agencies, or tech sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership of recruiting teams and full-cycle hiring operations.
- Strong expertise in managing people operations within remote-first or globally distributed environments.
- Experience building recruiting systems, onboarding programs, performance evaluation processes, and employee development plans.
- History of partnering effectively with founders and senior leadership on strategic HR decisions.
- Excellent judgment, decisive decision-making, and adaptability in dynamic and ambiguous contexts.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on execution, problem-solving, and continuous progress.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments prioritizing the establishment of new systems and procedures.
