With ongoing growth, the company is expanding its executive team by bringing on a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting efforts and strengthen the talent pipeline.

Position Summary

The Director of Talent Acquisition will design and implement a forward-looking recruitment strategy aimed at attracting highly qualified candidates for the Financial Representative role. This position involves overseeing the Talent Acquisition team, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building a strong, diverse candidate pipeline through both personal networking and impersonal sourcing methods.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for the Talent Acquisition team, which includes an Associate Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy in line with the firm's objectives.
  • Enhance the candidate experience via clear communication, process enhancements, and adopting best recruiting practices.
  • Source Financial Representative candidates through personal networks such as current employees, professional contacts, community involvement, and networking events.
  • Utilize impersonal sourcing channels including approved social media, college career services, job fairs, advertising campaigns, and licensed producer databases.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, candidate guidance, and data management using the Smart Recruiting system.
  • Participate in weekly recruiting meetings to share updates and suggest improvements.
  • Attend recruiting and training conferences to integrate new strategies and techniques.

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced leader and culture builder with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and passionate about supporting success in others.
  • Enjoys expanding professional networks and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Highly organized with rigorous attention to detail and follow-through capabilities.
  • 5 to 10+ years in recruitment roles with leadership experience preferred.
  • Committed to long-term career development and interested in future partnership possibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
