OPSWAT is an esteemed global leader specializing in cybersecurity for IT, OT, and ICS critical infrastructure. With over two decades of dedication to innovative technology, OPSWAT serves more than 1,700 organizations including governments and enterprises worldwide, helping safeguard critical networks, securing devices, and ensuring compliance with rigorous standards.
Role Overview
Located in Singapore, a pivotal hub for OPSWAT’s APAC and global operations, this Director of Supply Chain position is pivotal for building and leading a top-tier supply chain function. This hands-on role requires a builder-operator to develop from scratch scalable supply chain strategies and execute them with precision across the spectrum of sourcing, quality assurance, vendor management, warehouse operations, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable supply chain processes and vendor networks to support OPSWAT’s hardware development regionally and globally.
- Develop an end-to-end operating model encompassing sourcing, delivery, and compliance frameworks that sustain long-term growth.
- Lead and oversee comprehensive quality assurance and control in hardware assembly, imaging, testing, and packaging, ensuring all shipments meet stringent standards.
- Manage daily warehouse activities including inventory oversight, ERP system data accuracy, and fulfillment workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, creative, and go-to-market teams to align supply chain activities with product launches and brand quality.
- Forge and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and carriers both within APAC and internationally while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Administer shipping operations including domestic and international logistics, customs clearance, and trade compliance across diverse jurisdictions.
- Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators across procurement, quality control, and fulfillment to drive continuous operational enhancements.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a dedicated supply chain and warehouse workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and pride in workmanship.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in supply chain operations, particularly within hardware or technology sectors, with demonstrated ability to develop new capabilities rather than solely maintain existing ones.
- Proven expertise in managing global logistics, procurement, and fulfillment activities.
- Strong proficiency with ERP platforms, especially NetSuite, plus competence in demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Practical knowledge of hardware quality processes including assembly, imaging, testing, and packaging.
- Thorough understanding of APAC export laws, international trade compliance, and controls specific to hardware products.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments typical of fast-growth organizations.
Why Join OPSWAT?
- The opportunity to architect and lead a vital supply chain capability crucial to the company’s global hardware ambitions.
- Engagement with diverse international teams spanning North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.
- A culture of ownership where autonomy and leadership are trusted and valued.
- Contribution to mission-critical technology that protects important infrastructure worldwide.
- Attractive remuneration, comprehensive benefits, and strong support for professional growth.
