Role Overview

We seek seasoned retail professionals with proven expertise in managing stores, leading teams, and driving operational excellence. This position involves acting as a Retail Advisor and Business Development Partner, leveraging your relationships and retail knowledge to introduce STOREE.AI to pertinent retail organizations and help them address operational challenges through AI-enhanced solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with retail organizations and introduce our AI-powered platform
• Utilize your professional network and experience to foster business growth
• Participate in high-level strategic dialogues with retail leadership
• Identify operational pain points where our platform can deliver value
• Collaborate closely with STOREE.AI teams during client engagements
• Contribute your retail insights to influence the ongoing development of our product

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates include professionals with backgrounds such as Retail Directors, Operations Leaders, Regional and District Managers, HR and Learning & Development Leaders, Visual Merchandising Executives, Customer Experience Leaders, and Retail Consultants. Extensive experience in building and managing retail teams is highly valued. Technical expertise is not necessary as comprehensive training and support are provided.
