- Utilize the OneDay platform to send a minimum of five personalized videos each week to prospects or their families to enhance engagement.
- Organize and lead in-person community tours tailored to weekly move-in targets, with most tours scheduled on workdays.
- Personalize each tour by collaborating with department leaders during stand-up meetings, incorporating a unique feature that aligns with the prospect’s interests and highlights our senior living value.
- Manage sales strategy by analyzing occupancy and revenue through Yardi reports and tracking key CRM metrics such as lead conversion and activity dashboards.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Executive Director and Sales team to coordinate priorities and strategic action plans.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by achieving five move-ins monthly (approximately one per week), conducting three home visits weekly, maintaining a minimum of 15 daily prospect connections, sending five OneDay personalized videos each week, and achieving at least a 50% inquiry-to-visit and 25% visit-to-move-in conversion rate.
- Adhere to assigned work schedules, either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, as per community needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall community success.
Qualifications
- Completion of two to four years of college coursework is preferred.
