Our goal is to enable thousands of projects weekly across all 50 states within three years, guided by core values that foster ownership, speed with clarity, customer and contractor focus, and a collaborative team spirit.

This role shapes policies and processes for hiring, onboarding, events, and office management to cultivate a cohesive and remarkable workplace environment. Success in this role accelerates our growth targets and positions Zero Homes as a top employer in Colorado.

  • Supports recruiting, compensation, and workforce planning across diverse functions including technical, sales, and operational roles.
  • Passionate about fostering a fun, meaningful workplace culture through events, team activities, and recognition programs.
  • Familiar with modern HRIS, ATS platforms, and G-Suite tools.
  • Exhibits a positive demeanor and authentic dedication to the company mission.
