Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary and empathetic Director of Talent & Culture for our Riyadh location. As a key figure in our leadership, you will spearhead the Talent & Culture division, cultivate organizational culture, and lead initiatives promoting high employee engagement. This position offers a platform to influence and enhance the wellbeing and growth of our greatest asset: our workforce.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategic talent management plans that align with company objectives and values.
  • Lead and guide a team of Talent & Culture professionals, nurturing collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to implement organizational changes and cultural transformations.
  • Design and manage employee engagement efforts, including onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, spanning recruitment, performance assessment, and retention strategies.
  • Evaluate workforce analytics to provide actionable insights and advice to leadership.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian labor legislation and remain updated on regulatory modifications.
  • Plan and administer the annual budget for the Talent & Culture department, aligning spending with priorities.
  • Establish and manage equitable and competitive pay and benefits structures.
  • Lead initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering an inclusive workplace environment.
  • Provide trusted counsel on employee relations, mediating disputes when required.
  • Continuously refine HR processes and systems to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee legal requirements concerning manpower licensing, expatriate regulations, and other HR authorizations.
  • Maintain liaison with governmental agencies and labor authorities regarding legal and regulatory concerns.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least three years’ experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably within multinational or culturally diverse companies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor laws, regulations, and best HR practices.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Proven expertise in change management and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with HRMS software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic outlook.
  • Demonstrated success in managing performance systems and talent growth initiatives.
  • Capacity to lead and inspire diverse teams in a dynamic setting.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Understanding of Islamic workplace ethics and cultural nuances in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in cross-cultural communication and management.
  • Capability to adapt and remain resilient amid complex organizational challenges.
