Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously and provide menus.
• Inform guests about daily specials and any menu updates.
• Offer suitable food and beverage recommendations and strive to increase sales through upselling.
• Record guest orders accurately using order-taking devices and POS systems, noting any special requirements (e.g., no garlic, less spicy, no egg).
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and return correct change efficiently.
• Assist with basic cleaning duties as directed.
• Provide support across various Food & Beverage outlets as needed to cover staff shortages.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring their dining experience and responding promptly to additional requests.
• Encourage guests to provide feedback on online platforms.
• Maintain dining standards by serving food and beverages, replenishing utensils and glasses, and properly opening and pouring wine tableside.
• Comply consistently with grooming and appearance policies.
• Communicate knowledgeably about resort products and services.
• Possess basic cooking knowledge to assist with restaurant operations.
• Support related tasks such as answering phone calls and processing financial transactions.
• Generate shift closing reports, reconcile cash and credit card settlements, and close out POS terminals.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail with trustworthy and accurate work habits.
• Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with food and beverage products sold at the outlet.
• Proficiency using Micros POS software.
