Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resource allocation, workflow optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Develop, document, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and governance.
• Recognize operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor operations teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support international expansion initiatives and scaling efforts.
• Manage vendor relationships and enhance operational support functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in operations, business management, or leadership roles.
• Minimum of 3 years managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven success in improving efficiency and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Competent in balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
