Role overview
An international, multi-billion-euro hospitality and leisure group is seeking a seasoned Operations Director for its Northern Germany business. This leadership role covers multi-venue operations across Germany and oversees a workforce of around 500 employees. The position suits someone with strong multi-site leadership experience in hotels, hospitality, or leisure.
What you will do
- Oversee the daily running of several venues and guide the management teams at each location.
- Coordinate product, staffing, and marketing plans with the relevant central functions.
- Lead and develop site management teams in their everyday operational work.
- Take full responsibility for P&L performance and budgets across the German operational sites.
- Ensure corporate policies and standards are consistently applied in operations.
- Drive and manage operational projects from start to finish.
