Role overview

An international, multi-billion-euro hospitality and leisure group is seeking a seasoned Operations Director for its Northern Germany business. This leadership role covers multi-venue operations across Germany and oversees a workforce of around 500 employees. The position suits someone with strong multi-site leadership experience in hotels, hospitality, or leisure.

What you will do

Oversee the daily running of several venues and guide the management teams at each location.
Coordinate product, staffing, and marketing plans with the relevant central functions.
Lead and develop site management teams in their everyday operational work.
Take full responsibility for P&L performance and budgets across the German operational sites.
Ensure corporate policies and standards are consistently applied in operations.
Drive and manage operational projects from start to finish.
