About the Role
The Stanton Team at Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta is hiring a seasoned Director of Operations to oversee our administrative and operational activities within our expanding real estate firm. This leadership role suits someone passionate about establishing efficient systems, enhancing operational workflows, and delivering outstanding experiences to clients.
Our clientele includes traditional residential buyers and sellers, investors, co-living properties, real estate development projects, and private equity partners. The Director will manage daily operational functions to enable the sales team to focus on client service and business expansion.

Key Duties
- Develop, deploy, and refine operational systems and workflows continuously.
- Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures, checklists, and manuals.
- Manage CRM platforms, databases, document control, and internal communications.
- Handle office equipment, technology, vendors, and administrative assets.
- Supervise the listing process from contract signing through closing documentation.
- Prepare agreements including listings, offers, and buyer representation forms.
- Manage property listings in FMLS/GAMLS, maintaining accurate imagery, descriptions, pricing, and showing details.
- Coordinate listing appointments, photography, floor plans, signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials.
- Track listing activity and deliver feedback to agents and sellers.
- Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator for smooth contract-to-close workflows.
- Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, invoice processing, commission tracking, and financial records.
- Monitor company performance and suggest operational enhancements.
- Lead daily team check-ins and weekly operational meetings.
- Recruit, train, and manage administrative personnel as the company expands.
- Implement accountability measures using documented procedures and performance metrics.
- Promote a cooperative and service-oriented workplace culture.
- Act as key operations liaison for clients, vendors, and team members.
- Maintain strong partnerships with vendors and service providers.
- Organize client appreciation events and assist in marketing efforts.
- Manage listing and transaction databases through Airtable and Asana.
- Prepare property finance packages including rent rolls, T-12s, and financial summaries.
- Support PadSplit-related operations and processes.
- Integrate AI-driven tools to boost productivity, automate tasks, enhance documentation, and identify improvement areas.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Quickly learn and stay updated on emerging systems and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background is preferred.
- Minimum of three years' experience in real estate operations, executive assistance, or administrative leadership.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in Georgia real estate markets.
- Familiarity with transaction management, listings, and operational procedures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management aptitude.
- Capability to juggle multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite at the Decatur office.

This role is primarily office-based at our Downtown Decatur location; however, hybrid work flexibility may be considered for qualified candidates.
