About the Role
A thriving, founder-led corporate wellness organization located in New York City is seeking a Director of Operations to take full ownership of the supply side of its business. This leadership position involves direct management of an extensive network of wellness practitioners and partners, supervision of a compact operations team located both domestically and internationally, and direct responsibility for live service execution on the day of events across major metropolitan areas in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large network of wellness service providers and partners.
- Oversee a small operations team based onshore and offshore, providing leadership and support.
- Manage live, day-of service delivery operations across multiple U.S. metropolitan locations.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in operations or event management roles.
- At least two years of experience supervising or guiding junior team members.
- Demonstrated success in managing extensive vendor or contractor rosters.
- Comfortable working with budgets, analyzing pricing, and making data-driven commercial decisions.
- Ability to work on-site in Manhattan at least two days per week.
