About the Role
Vrindaara is looking for an accomplished Director of Operations to lead the company’s operational function from end to end. This position is centered on shaping operational direction, improving internal processes, coordinating across teams, and delivering strong execution to support scalable and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day company operations and contribute to overall operational planning.
- Design, roll out, and continuously refine operating processes and systems.
- Lead initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with production, supply chain, quality, and sales teams to keep operations aligned.
- Build, maintain, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Track KPIs and ensure teams stay aligned with execution goals.
- Support project delivery and help ensure operational milestones are met on time.
- Spot operational risks and put mitigation plans in place.
- Guide, manage, and develop the operations team.
- Handle additional operational duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a closely related area.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams.
- Solid knowledge of operational workflows, systems, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good cross-functional coordination.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver outcomes independently.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and ERP platforms.
