About Hivebotics

Hivebotics builds robotics and automation solutions designed to take repetitive manual work off people’s plates. Its long-term vision is a world where facilities can be cleaned, maintained, and serviced largely by robots. The company’s core product, Abluo, supports restroom cleaning, predictive HVAC maintenance, and autonomous security patrolling. It also gives teams the ability to oversee robot fleets remotely, making it possible to monitor sanitation and maintenance operations from anywhere, including Singapore.

Role Overview

The Operations Executive will manage the day-to-day running of operations at client sites in Singapore. This includes planning and coordinating robotic cleaning and maintenance activities, reviewing service performance, and helping ensure the Abluo fleet is deployed smoothly. The position also involves working closely with internal teams to refine processes, resolve operational challenges, support new client rollouts, and strengthen service delivery across locations.

Key Duties

  • Organize daily operational work, including schedules for robotic cleaning and maintenance services.
  • Track how well services are performing and flag issues that affect delivery.
  • Support the deployment and ongoing operation of the Abluo robot fleet at customer facilities.
  • Partner with internal teams to improve workflows and streamline execution.
  • Assist with onboarding and implementation for new clients and new sites.
  • Monitor important operational metrics and turn them into clear reports.
  • Handle communication with vendors and clients in a timely and professional way.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at boosting efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring strong experience in operations or operations management, along with the ability to run daily workflows and service delivery effectively. Good analytical ability is needed to read operational data, spot patterns, and support decisions based on evidence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important for working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients. Experience in facilities management, robotics, or technology-enabled services will be an added advantage. The role requires someone who can work onsite in Singapore, manage several priorities at once, and perform well in a fast-moving environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience, is preferred. Familiarity with standard productivity tools and a basic understanding of automation or IoT systems will be useful.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Singapore and requires on-site presence.
