A confidential and independent executive academy seeks a visionary Saudi leader to guide the organization through its growth and enhanced impact. The role demands strategic oversight, operational management, partnership cultivation, financial stewardship, and delivery of top-tier learning programs aligned with market demands.

Key Duties

• Design and implement strategic and operational plans to drive the organization's success.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring targets for performance and revenue are met.
• Establish and nurture valuable partnerships with government bodies, universities, and private sector entities.
• Develop professional training initiatives and industry-recognized certification programs.
• Oversee relationships with stakeholders and manage external operational partners.
• Maintain robust financial controls, governance standards, compliance, and risk mitigation practices.
• Act as the organizational representative among stakeholders and key industry figures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline; a Master’s is preferred.
• Possess a minimum of 10 years professional experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership capacities.
• Demonstrated background in training, learning and development, executive education, or academy leadership; experience in retail or wholesale sectors is highly favored.
• Expertise in strategic leadership, business development, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation.
• Track record of successfully directing strategic projects and leading organizational change.
