The Director serves as the critical link among creators and departments including legal, finance, product, sales, and production teams, accelerating expansion and scale.
Ideal for an operational leader who excels in ambiguous situations and enjoys crafting scalable systems from scratch, this position helps convert innovative content ideas into formalized programs that yield business value and lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations for podcast acquisitions and creator-led media growth, including assessment, negotiation assistance, onboarding, and integration.
- Collaborate with departments such as finance, production, product, legal, sales, and live events to streamline processes, remove operational obstacles, and boost execution speed.
- Lead operational planning and execution for new creator-focused business opportunities spanning consumer and corporate markets.
- Develop, document, and scale backend processes supporting an expanding portfolio of creators and original content projects.
- Identify and implement ways to enhance operational efficiency, promote collaboration, and build repeatable systems for sustained growth.
- Bridge strategic goals with daily execution to keep cross-functional teams aligned and advance project progress.
- Provide leadership teams with operational insights, help prioritize initiatives, and deliver structured approaches to complex project management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in business operations, business development, strategic operations, or closely related roles.
- Preferably seasoned in the creator economy, digital media, entertainment, talent management, or analogous fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in converting ambiguous problems into structured and scalable operational solutions.
- Track record managing complex contract lifecycles in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders.
- Experience spearheading new programs, products, or business ventures from initial concept through successful launch.
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities and stakeholder groups concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence diverse teams across departments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in solving problems and driving operational improvements.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments without compromising attention to detail or quality of execution.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary range between $160,000 and $165,000 annually.
- Flexible remote working opportunities for eligible U.S.-based candidates.
- Chance to shape operational strategy for a dynamic and impactful creator community.
- Collaborative environment working with varied teams across media, tech, partnerships, and business functions.
- Opportunity to design scalable processes supporting innovative content development.
- Engaging workplace culture emphasizing creativity, inclusiveness, collaboration, and career growth.
