About the Role
This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner company based in Germany, seeking a Recruiter to join their team. The role is fully remote and involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract outstanding talent globally. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and hiring skilled professionals across multiple functions, partnering closely with internal stakeholders in a dynamic international work setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, handling offer negotiations, and coordinating onboarding.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as recruitment platforms, networking, headhunting, and direct search to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate research and headhunting across various countries and talent pools.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and manage candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
- Review resumes, arrange interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure timely communication of feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, set expectations, and facilitate effective recruitment decisions.
- Implement structured and consistent interview methods across different teams.
- Provide guidance and training to interviewers when necessary.
- Support hiring efforts in both technical and non-technical domains, adjusting strategies according to business needs.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to IT recruitment.
- Proven competence in handling full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer management.
- Familiarity with direct sourcing techniques, headhunting, and recruitment tools.
- Good knowledge of the IT talent market and technical terms.
- Experience recruiting for diverse roles beyond technical positions, including finance, marketing, and legal.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and job specifications.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal aptitude for building trust with candidates and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous hiring processes.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with problem-solving abilities in fast-paced settings.
- Experience in iGaming recruitment, closing non-technical positions, or candidate sourcing via industry events is a plus.
