  • Support consistent investigative processes and corrective actions, including trend analysis and reporting.
  • Work with Internal Audit and other leaders to conduct monitoring, testing, and audit activities, ensuring follow-up on corrective measures.

  • Represent compliance in cross-functional meetings, fostering strong relationships with field and corporate teams.
  • Support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and other compliance projects as assigned.
  • This role is primarily remote with approximately 5–10% travel for in-person meetings and site visits.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Ability to translate compliance requirements into actionable and understandable processes for diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to prioritize risks and formulate clear leadership recommendations.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with influence at all organizational levels.
  • Field-oriented perspective understanding operational realities in decentralized settings.
  • Excellent project management aptitude to handle multiple priorities and deliver results.
  • Adaptability in fast-changing environments involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Superior communication skills both in writing and speaking, capable of generating executive summaries and field communications.
  • Use of data and metrics to inform decisions and enhance compliance effectiveness.
  • Dedication to maintaining a robust ethical culture and protecting organizational integrity.

Experience and Qualifications
