  • Communicate safety regulations to stakeholders across all Match Group brands, promoting innovation and ensuring sufficient lead time for product development.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings on regulatory trends and compliance status, both in writing and verbally.
  • Design, manage, and iterate compliance programs, including detailed project planning, timeline creation, and milestone tracking across all brands.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee timely compliance implementations, reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Legal, Policy, and Communications teams to strategize regulatory engagements and advocacy, supplying insights for policy positions and public communications.
  • Oversee transparency reporting and other mandated disclosures, working closely with data science and analytics teams to meet data requirements.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of compliance efforts, including policies, procedures, audit reports, and conducting routine audits.
  • Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries, drafting responses, coordinating internal resources, and proactively communicating regulatory developments related to new product features.
  • Lead and develop team members involved in compliance initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 8 to 12 years of experience in regulatory compliance, Trust & Safety, public policy, or related disciplines, including 3 to 5 years in leadership or managerial roles.
  • Have a robust understanding of major global regulations affecting online trust and safety.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive briefings and regulator-facing documents.
  • Exhibit strong program management abilities, including project planning, driving cross-functional collaboration, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Legal, Government Relations, and Communications on regulatory strategies.
  • Have direct involvement in handling regulatory audits, inquiries, and transparency reporting.
  • Display proven people management skills with the ability to develop and nurture a team.
  • Work with a high level of autonomy, ownership, and sound judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous contexts.

Benefits

  • Access to comprehensive healthcare, mental health support, and emergency leave policies.
  • Flexible work arrangements promoting a healthy balance between personal and professional life.
  • Modern office conveniently located near transport and amenities.
  • Lunch vouchers and discounted ClassPass membership.
  • Continuous growth opportunities via e-learning, conferences, knowledge sharing, and global career paths.
  • Regular social events including breakfasts, lunches, and social gatherings.
  • Free access to Match Group products.
