Role Overview

This leadership role sits within client services and focuses on growing key accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships, and guiding teams across account management, creator partnerships, and revenue operations. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on client leadership across the full campaign lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain durable, high-value relationships with major client accounts.
  • Increase revenue by expanding existing partnerships and identifying growth opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Lead team strategy and day-to-day tactics so work aligns with key performance goals, financial targets, revenue, expense control, and ROI objectives.
  • Oversee the account management process tied to revenue growth, including repeat sales, client communication, and negotiation.
  • Partner with or supervise team members such as Account Managers, Creator Partner Managers, and Revenue Operations.
  • Use sales materials, visual decks, research, and supporting collateral to help clients reach their goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver creative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare reporting, forecasts, and projections using competitive research, industry analysis, account growth plans, and revenue data.
  • Support clients strategically at every stage of the campaign lifecycle, including before launch, during execution, and after completion.
  • Learn Pearpop’s delivery process thoroughly and use that knowledge to launch campaigns successfully.
  • Build new relationships with incoming business development clients while expanding long-term revenue from that portfolio.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings at least 7 years of experience leading account management or a comparable function in social media, creator marketing, an agency, or a media company. The role calls for a mix of creativity, commercial judgment, and operational discipline, along with strong communication and organizational ability in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading an account management or similar team in social/creator marketing, agency, or media environments.
  • A strategic and creative approach that can be applied to business development and client-growth work.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adjust quickly when priorities change.
  • Interest in creators, brands, and the culture around both, with a focus on helping them succeed.
  • Strong organization, clear communication, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced setting.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that is passionate, ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, and humble.
  • Self-directed work style with strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Pearpop also offers equity, generous health and dental insurance, a 401(k), and unlimited paid time off. The workplace includes snacks, beverages, and cold brew, and the role follows a hybrid schedule.

This role is based in Los Angeles, California, and candidates must be located there because the company operates on a hybrid schedule.
