This is a full-time remote leadership position focused on shaping business direction for Meena Bazar HR and the clients it supports. The role centers on long-range planning, market and competitor analysis, and translating data into practical growth and operating plans.
What you will do
You will work closely with senior leaders and teams across functions to assess business performance, review financial and operational signals, and turn findings into recommendations that can be acted on. The position also includes steering consulting assignments, making sure business goals stay connected to HR initiatives, and helping drive strategic programs from planning through delivery.
Core capabilities needed
Success in this role depends on strong ownership, a proactive approach to solving problems, and the ability to move strategic work forward independently in a remote environment. You should be comfortable handling complex information, preparing executive-ready presentations, and guiding initiatives through execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in business planning and strategy development, including building and carrying out long-term roadmaps.
- Strong ability to analyze information, spot trends, and use evidence to support decisions.
- Working knowledge of finance, such as budgeting, forecasting, and reviewing business cases.
- Background in consulting or client-facing advisory work, with a talent for managing relationships and delivering structured recommendations.
- Leadership experience in strategy or a related function, ideally in HR, consulting, or professional services.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to different audiences.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, balance several priorities, and meet deadlines while working remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- Exposure to project management tools and methods, along with experience leading cross-functional work, is helpful.
