Role Overview

We seek a dynamic Director of Business Operations to drive operational excellence and serve as the key partner to senior leadership. This role entails leading the execution of diverse service portfolios—including partner-sponsored go-to-market initiatives, renewals, AI engagements, client deliveries, global technology services, and staffing alliances—with varied delivery and billing frameworks. You will be responsible for managing client engagements post-sale, leading delivery, stakeholder communication, and governance, identifying risks proactively, and proposing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple programs simultaneously across service lines, keeping track of milestones, billing, and risk factors tailored to each delivery model.
Establish and maintain a consistent operating rhythm across portfolios, including reviews, financial dashboards, issue escalation, and forecasts for leadership visibility.
Champion financial performance by monitoring all billing triggers to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition alongside accounting.
Oversee contractor and managed services workforce processes, ensuring resource alignment, onboarding quality, utilization, and delivery standards.
Serve as principal client liaison, managing expectations and communication at senior leadership levels.
Lead client reporting cycles, providing transparency on project status, risks, milestones, and financial health.
Ensure compliance with partner program guidelines, including marketing development funds, demand generation, and consent protocols.
Direct, mentor, and optimize delivery teams to achieve operational superiority.
Respond swiftly to operational challenges, leveraging AI tools and modern tracking systems to resolve bottlenecks effectively.

Required Experience & Skills

Proven success managing complex portfolios with diverse delivery and commercial models, maintaining individual program health.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to monitor margins, burn rates, and billing triggers, identifying risks proactively.
Experience managing contractor or managed services staffing programs in coordination with delivery teams.
Solution-oriented approach presenting actionable recommendations to leadership rather than just problem identification.
Exceptional communication skills appropriate for Director-level stakeholder engagement.
Expertise in process design and refinement across staffing, tracking, and AI-enhanced reporting for scalable operations.
Proficiency with AI productivity software, project tracking tools, and automated reporting solutions.
Familiarity with enterprise technology go-to-market programs, including data center networking, AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, and storage solutions.

Preferred Experience

Understanding of hyperscaler and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Cisco), alliance program frameworks, channel operations, and managed services.
Knowledge of partner-funded program mechanics such as MDF, PoP, SDF, co-marketing reimbursements, and AWS partner financing processes.
Experience with renewal processes, subscription revenue tracking, or customer success operations.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

Annual salary ranging between 130000 and 145000 USD.
