The position is designed for an AI leader to define and drive the organization's AI strategy, revolutionizing team operations, value delivery, and scalable services.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a comprehensive enterprise AI strategy and transformation plan aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and various business units to pinpoint areas where AI can enhance operations, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Lead deployment of AI-based solutions that yield tangible business benefits.
- Evaluate current workflows and processes to identify automation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation at the enterprise level.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing AI solutions that generate measurable business results.
- Proficient understanding of modern AI technologies such as large language models, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, and AI platforms.
- Experience managing cross-functional transformation efforts and collaborating with executive teams.
- Skilled in managing external technology partnerships and making strategic build-versus-buy decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on problem-solving capabilities for complex business challenges.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into actionable and beneficial business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Prior experience in startup or high-growth agile settings is preferred.
- Background in education technology or service-oriented organizations is a plus.
