Our client, a reputable Corporate Finance firm based in Belfast, seeks an experienced Director in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to manage transactions from initiation through completion. This critical role involves leading and overseeing all aspects of M&A deals, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, lead, and manage M&A transactions comprehensively from start to finish.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle M&A transactions in the Irish or UK markets, particularly Belfast, Dublin, or London.
• Strong emphasis on business development activities.
• High commercial awareness and sound decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in conducting detailed financial and commercial analyses, including identifying sensitive areas.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven leadership abilities capable of managing and inspiring teams.
