This opportunity calls for deep knowledge of capital markets, financial analysis, and corporate strategy, along with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main contact for institutional investors and equity analysts across the APAC region.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing shareholders as well as potential investors.
- Track analyst commentary, market developments, and peer company performance, then translate those findings into recommendations for senior leadership.
- Work with Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to produce accurate and timely investor presentations, earnings materials, and annual reports.
- Contribute to IR communications such as quarterly earnings scripts, investor presentation decks, FAQs, and press releases.
- Ensure all disclosures follow SEC rules, Nasdaq and SGX listing requirements, and accepted best practices.
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications so that external messaging remains aligned across channels.
- Plan and support investor meetings, earnings calls, and participation in investor conferences across APAC.
- Prepare senior executives for investor discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and media-facing interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is required; an MBA, CFA, or CPA is considered an advantage.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong command of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to varied audiences in a clear way.
- Demonstrated success in earning the confidence of institutional investors, analysts, and senior internal stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving global environment and collaborating across multiple functions.
